Teens 13 years and under must be accompanied by an adult booked into the game. Children under 5 years of age are not permitted. Recommended for ages 8+
ARRIVAL/CANCELLATION POLICY
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your designated start time for phone call check-in, registration and instruction. The game starts at your reservation time. No exceptions! If you are late, you will have less time in the game.

Cancellations must be made 24 hours before your scheduled reservation time. We can reschedule your game or issue you a credit for a future visit. We do not issue refunds.
COVID-19 GUIDELINES
Masks are no longer required for guests. We will continue to make All game experiences private to your party only at no additional cost. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your game time. If you are late, you will lose time in the room as we cannot account for your lateness. When your party arrives, please head to the entrance of the building- you will then call the store's phone number (posted on the main entrance at each location) to check-in for your reservation. A team member will escort you into our facility and get you ready for game play! Room sanitizing occurs after every single game. Sanitizer is accessible in all of our lobbies. At this time we do not accept walk-ins and a reservation is required through our website only.

WHAT IS AN ESCAPE ROOM GAME?
An Escape Room is a live action game starring you and a group of people. You will work together as a team to look for clues, solve puzzles, and complete challenges in order to accomplish the room's mission in under 60 minutes. Our venue is family-friendly and each room offers a variety of puzzles for every age group!
PRIVATE GAMES/MINIMUM PLAYERS
All games are considered "Private" experiences for your party only. In order to make a reservation you will need to book the minimum amount of tickets in a game which is 2. You can purchase additional tickets when you come in for your reservation but may not exceed the room's max capacity advertised. There is only one reservation allowed per game and once the reservation is booked- all remaining tickets become unavailable. Only one eligible promotion/coupon code may be used per game.
BIRTHDAY'S & CORPORATE EVENTS
Escape Zone Long Island is a popular destination for Birthday Celebrations, Corporate Team Building and Large Groups! We can host 50+ players simultaneously! Please be aware, we do not offer additional space for serving food or conducting meetings.
PRICING
General Admission tickets are $35 per person +tax. Our "IT" game features a live actor on Fridays-Sunday after 6pm.
AM I REALLY LOCKED IN THE ROOM?
The answer is no. You are in the room by choice. If at any time you need to step out of the room you can by exiting through the door you entered (The first door in each game is not locked). Remember, this experience will not be longer than 60 minutes, and stepping out of the room does not stop the timer. Don't worry, even if your stumped, your Game Master will provide you with clues!
ALCOHOL FAQ
An Escape game is a challenging interactive puzzle experience that requires teamwork and your full attention. We highly recommend you plan your dinner and or drinks for after the experience.
We reserve the right to terminate your session or turn away your party due to intoxication with no refund.
CELL PHONE/PHOTO & VIDEO RECORDING
If you need to take an emergency call, we ask that you step out of the room. Filming/taking Photos inside the room is not permitted, there will be time to take photos after the experience.
